When you order an item, you of course want to wear it immediately. Therefore we do our utmost to deliver your order as soon as possible. If you order before 21:45 hrs. on business days, we will ship same day and you will receive your parcel almost certain (>98%) next day (also on Saturday) in the Netherlands and Belgium. Shipments to Germany take one business day longer. You'll have to wait a little bit longer for orders that are placed after 21:45 hours, in weekends and on holidays. These are sent next business day.
On the day of shipment (no later than 20:00 hrs) you will receive a confirmation that your order is shipped with the track and trace code of your parcel.
We ship with DHL (Belgium Bpost/DHL).

Service DHL (Belgium BPost)
Parcels to the Netherlands are sent with “Signature for reciept”. If you are not at home on delivery DHL(Belgium BPost) will try to deliver at one of your neighbors or at a pick up point. If you do not want your parcel to be delivered at a neighbor when you're not at home you can select the option "no neighbor delivery". DHL (Belgium BPost) will then deliver you parcel at a pick up point nearby, and will provide a notification code. With this code you can check at which pick up point your parcel will be delivered. It is also possible to choose to have DHL (Belgium BPost) deliver the parcel at your house again or choose a different pick up point. This is possible until 23:59 hrs.
You can also choose to have your parcel sent directly to a pick up point. Your parcel will then be sent to a pick up location of your choosing (over 2.700 in the Netherlands, 2.500 in Belgium and 28.000 in Germany). You will receive an email when your order is available for pick up at the location. Your parcel will remain available there for 7 days.
Costs
Shipment including insurance is free on orders €75 and up within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. For orders under €75 we charge a contribution of €3,95 (NL) or €5,95 (DE & BE)
