1. What is bonus?

You automatically participate in our bonus plan. You receive a 5% bonus on all items from the new collection (except gift certificates). Bonus becomes final 21 days after of shipping your order and remains valid for 12 months. Once you have built up an amount of €12,50 you receive a coupon for this amount that can be used on a new order during 6 months. It is also possible to use multiple coupons at once.

2. When will my order be shipped?

Orders confirmed and paid for on business days before 16:00 hours are shipped by us same day. Orders made after 16:00 hours, in weekends or on holidays are shipped next business day.
Orders that are (partially) paid with a return credit are shipped the day we receive your return.


3. Can I return items?

Items can always be returned, and for any reason. You will always receive your money back, even if it is a SALE item.
Our return period is 14 days; 7 days to report your return on our website followed by 7 day to return the items to us.
You can also use your right of withdrawal for the full order during 14 days after receipt of the order.

4. Can I reach Orangebag by phone?

Of course we are available by phone from 9:00 hours until 17:00 hours. The telephone number is +31 413 294111.
Our customer service employees speak Dutch and English.
In most cases it is more efficient to use the contact form on our website or to send us an e-mail. We will answer same day and within a few hours by e-mail. Requests received in the evening and in weekends are typically also answered within a few hours and never later than next business day. 


5. Can I place an order when I can’t pay with iDeal, Paypal (Germany only), Sofort Überweisung or Bancontact/Mister Cash and do not have a credit card?

Of course that is possible. Please send an e-mail to info@orangebag.nl and we will place the order for you. You will receive an email with a confirmation of your order and the payment information. We will send your order the same day that we have received your payment.


6. Can I only buy online or do you also have a shop I can visit?

Orangebag.nl sells online. We do not have a traditional shop but work from a central location where all items are on stock.


7. Is it safe to pay on the Orangebag.nl website?

It is 100% safe to pay at Orangebag.nl. All payments are handled by Ingenico Payment Services, one of Europe’s largest payment service providers. All your confidential information is exchanged through secure pages and connections. No bank and credit card information is transferred to Orangebag.nl but handled in the secure environment of Ingenico.

8. Does Orangebag.nl have a mobile site?

Yes, we have a user friendly, just as special mobile version of our website with all options included.


9. Is it possible to save my shopping bag?

We have found a solution for this. It is possible to email your shopping bag to yourself. This way you are able to open your shopping bag from the email on any device and you can continue shopping.  


10. My size is sold out, what can I do?

It is unfortunate when you have found a nice item and your size is sold out. Luckily it is not necessary to check our website every day to see if it is back on stock.  We have a nice tool to help you in this situation. If you select a size that is sold out, the option to keep you posted appears. Fill in you information here and we will send you an email as soon as the item is back on stock.


11. Is it possible to save the items I have spotted?

Yes, you can save them in your wishlist. You can save from the overview page by clicking on the heart that appears and selecting your size or from the detail page with the button 'place on wishlist'. Our wishlist is linked to your account and therefore always available, also if you log in on a different computer or your mobile.


12. I am looking for something new but I have no inspiration at the moment. Do you have tips?

Of course. We place new inspiration on our website regularly. Besides that you can also find the trend pages put together based on the newest trends in our menu.


13. Can I pay with iDeal from any bank account?

14. Something is wrong with an item I have ordered. What should I do?

We only work with brands that are known for their quality. Nevertheless it can happen that something is wrong with an item. Please send us an e-mail or use the contact form on our website to describe the problem to us. We will offer a suitable solution for the problem. Promised.
