As a customer service representative, you work with a young and enthusiastic team to surprise our customers every day. Over the phone and email, you help customers with questions about ordered products, delivery, or payment. You are good at managing customer expectations and only hang up when there is a solution.

As a structured, dedicated, and reliable customer service representative, you are of very important added value in a team of 2 other, great colleagues. You are capable of listening well, asking the right questions, and finding the best fitting solution for the customer. You know how to hold your ground with difficult customer queries or when faced with customer resistance.

The role

As a customer service employee, you are overarching responsible for solving all questions from our customers. You record all incoming products in our system and perform light administrative tasks.

Knowledge

• MBO-education level 4;

• You have at least one year of relevant work experience;

• You have a good command of the Dutch and English languages in both speech and writing;

• Knowledge of fabrics and store experience is a plus;

Skills

• You are strong in communication (listening, speaking, and writing);

• You are very service and solution-oriented;

• You understand the Orangebag tone of voice;

• You think and act commercially by nature;

• You are a team player and can also work well independently;

• You can handle a challenge and are stress-resistant.
