OrangeBag.nl “online brands and basics” is an online quality shop for women, men and children.
“Seen in the magazines, part of our online collection” is our motto.
We are based in the Netherlands and originally sold to clients in the Netherlands only. This explains why our site is in both the English and Dutch Language.

Our shop is divided into three categories: new collections, Samples / Sale and Basics. The categories are further split in women, men, girls and boys.
“Brands” represents high quality trendy labels
In our new collections department you will find the current collections of brands like Bruuns Bazaar, BZR, Odd Molly, Mads Norgaard, Stella Nova, Fred de la Bretonière, Yarn Unit, Imitz and La Fée Maraboutee in all sizes. As of January 2008 also Casch Copenhagen, Maria Westerlind and O-Belgium.
For children we carry American Outfitters, Napapijri and Claesen’s. As of January 2008 also Drappa Dot and Silke & Suus.
In “Samples / Sale” you will find current samples and “end of season” items in a limited number of sizes, but with attractive discounts ranging from 30 to 80%. Often these are unique items.
Because we renew our collections continuously, it is worthwhile to check back regularly, since you never know when your “favourite item” might become part of our collection.

For “Basics” we feature well known brands like Claesen’s (underwear), Bonnie Doon (socks and tights) and Janzen (towels).
Payment
How to pay safely and and when do you receive your order?
Payment can be made by credit card (Visa and Mastercard) or bank transfer.
The “Ideal” payment method mentioned in check out is only available to clients in the Netherlands.
Customers from Germany, Bellgium, Austria Switzerland and the UK that have ebanking possibilties with their bank can use DirectEBanking through Sofortüberweisung by Payment Network AG.
With DrectEBanking you can use your bank's own electronic banking system to carry out the payment. All these transactions are processed on secured servers.

After filling your shopping bag you may proceed to check out in order to make your payment.
Payments by Credit Cards are handled through fully secure “Ogone” servers. No credit card information is received by us.
Payments by credit card ad eBanking are immediately authorised online, which means your order will be shipped the same or next working day (Monday – Friday).
All our shipments are made through TNT post (Dutch Royal Mail), fully insured and with signature for receipt, which means that there is no shipment risk for you.
If you want to pay through Bank transfer please send us an email and we will inform you on how to proceed.
Returns and refunds
We do our utmost to deliver quality items of your choice to your home. Nevertheless it might happen that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase. You may, for whatever reason, always return your purchase provided that:
1 The items returned have not been worn or washed,
2 The items are not damaged and / or repaired
Conditions
1 Returns have to be reported to us within 7 days after receipt of the order. Please do so on our website in "My account"
2 The item returned has to be received by us within 7 days after report of the return.
3 The return has to be accompanied by the printed return notification.
The goods returned have to be shipped postage paid to OrangeBag.nl otherwise they will not be accepted. The shipping costs of returning the items will not be refunded. Since the goods travel at sender’s risk, we advise you to ship sufficiently insured.
No later than 3 business days after receipt of the goods returned, we will confirm this receipt by email and credit your credit card, or refund your bank account, depending on your original payment method. The shipping costs of the original shipment will not be refunded.
If you are exchanging your return for an new purchase, we will send this new purchase free of shipping costs.
