We do our utmost to deliver quality items of your choice to your home. Nevertheless it might happen that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase. You may always return your purchase. This also applies to "SALE" items, Be aware that:
1 The items returned have not been worn or washed,
2 The items are not damaged and -/or repaired
Conditions
1 Returns have to be reported to us within 7 days after receipt of the order. Please do so on our website in "My account"
2 The item returned has to be received by us within 7 days after the report of return.
3 The return has to be accompanied by a printed the return notification.
The goods returned have to be shipped postage paid to OrangeBag.nl otherwise they will not be accepted. The shipping costs of returning the items will not be refunded. Since the goods travel at sender’s risk, we advise you to ship sufficiently insured.
No later than 3 business days after receipt of the goods returned, we will confirm this by email and credit your credit card, or refund to your bank account, depending on your original payment method. The shipping costs of the original shipment will not be refunded.
If you are exchanging your return for an new purchase, we will send this new purchase free of shipping costs.
