1. Do you offer other payment methods than creditcard?
We do. Simply send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then confirm the order for you. We will send the confirmation by email, along with payment instructions.
Immediately after receipt of the payment your order will be shipped.
2. How about returnig items?
Al items can be returned. Items have to be received back by us within 14 days after receipt. Please see the chapter on returns for the full procedure.
3 Can I reach ORANGEBAG.NL by phone?
We can be reached by telephone on business days from 9.00 tot 17.00 hrs., +31 413 294 111. But normally it is more efficient to send your question by email or contact sheet, in English.
Questions sent between office hours on business days are always answered that same day. Outside of business hours, next business day.
You can of course also ask us to call you back.
