We only sell our brands through our website on the internet. All items available are published on our web pages.

If you need assistance with finding the correct item you are looking for than please read our “search help” on the home page.

 

When you want to order an item, click the photo in order to view further details and the description. On the same page you will be able to order the item of your choice in the size of your choice.

 

On the left hand side of every web page, you will always see the major departments “Women”, “Girls”, “Boys”, “Babies”, “Men” and “At home”. You can also filter on Brand name only. All this enables efficient navigation to the department of your choice.

On the top of each page you will see your shopping bag. When you click the shopping bag logo, you will see a recap of the items in your shopping bag. All items are shown with photo for easy recognition. Next to the photo a description is given. If you wish the amount can be changed on this page. (When no arrows are shown, the amount in stock is one.)

 

When your order is complete you can proceed to “check out”. On the next page you can fill in your personal information and shipping address. When you also fill in a personal password, you can log in with your email address and password on your next visit and check out without having to repeat the entry of your information.

If you do not fill in a different shipping address, your home address will be used as shipping address.

For reasons of accuracy you are requested to fill in your email address twice.

On the bottom of this page the contents of your shopping are also shown, so as to avoid mistakes.

When al information is provided, you select “submit”.

 

The next page shows your order number and amount due. You are given a choice of payment methods; Master Card, Visa Card, DirectEbanking, IDEAL (for Dutch Bank accounts only). Please select the option of your choice.

All information given regarding your credit card is encrypted and fully secure. Your payment is handled through a fully certified payment service provider. No credit card information is transferred to OrangeBag.nl or stored on our servers.

 

After your successful payment, you will return to the site of OrangeBag.nl. The page will confirm that you have successfully ended your transaction. You will receive an automated email confirmation on the address provided. This confirmation also includes your invoice and proof of payment. Please allow for a few minutes for the email to be delivered in your email box.
